1. I agree that I will not sell any material, products, or distribute any information that would be considered lewd, illicit, or profane.
2. I agree that I will be courteous, helpful, and respectful of all guests that visit my location, regardless of race, creed, or color.
3. I agree that I will not sell or distribute any material that bears the name of Black Family Day or its official logo without the expressed written consent of The Black Family Day Foundation.
4. I agree that I will report to set up my station by 8 AM, Saturday morning and will promptly dismantle my
station at the close of traffic.
5. I agree that, if I sell food, I am liable for all persons who consume food from my station. I also agree that I will not sell pork or any of its byproducts. If I am found doing so, I understand that my station will be closed and I will be escorted from the program. |
